(ASCEND) Access Control accounting database

I am trying to set up Access Control to store the accounting 
information in a database.  It does not make much difference which 
database format it uses -- dBase, Access, Excel, comma-delimited text, 
etc.  The Users Guide is very unclear on how to set it up.  Does 
anyone have any basic instructions, or advice?

Our set-up is:  
  dial-in to Cisco 3640
  Ascend Access Control running on Windows NT
