  I would also like to know more about that.  I have what must be one of the  _first
generation_ of Zip drives out.  Had it for roughly three years now give or take a month,

and it still works well under both Linux and Winsux.
Parallel interface Zip-100...  My only beef with it to date is that the media for it is
a bit
spendy.
