I don't know about their 250MB Zip or JAZ drives. My experience comes from using
their 100MB Zip drives. Just before I had posted that letter, I had called Iomega
to replace my second Zip drive which I had only had for about three months. They
suffer from a condition called "Click Death". I would not recommend their purchase.
