(ASCEND) Telnet Problems with Max 2000

Hi there,

some customers reported, that their telnet sessions via our Max 2000 with
software version 7.04 suddenly disconnects. But the isdn session is still
active. If they open the session again it will work again for some time then
disconnects again.
Has anybody recognized the same problems?
Any help welcome...
Are there any debugging possibilities to find out the error?
