The problem here is the Pipe relies upon BACP and MP+ to negotiate the
dialing of additional channels. Since the PM2E doesn't do BACP or MP+
you're SOL. I don't know if this will be fixed in 6.0, it would be nice if
it did fix atleast DBA.
