I found it documented in

radius/attrib.htm

in the tnt-7.0.0 documentation archive.

I would not have thought so, and from what I read in the docs, it does in
fact not seem so. This is for dialup customers. For customers to whom
you route networks, you need to construct a RADIUS filter.
