Naw.. I thought that was the problem at first too... but I personaly made
sure of that that was checked. I even had them setup a static gateway for
testing in TCP/IP and that still didn't work. I had them call our old USR
box and it works fine (btw: the USR is using the same radius profile), but
calling into the any of the ascend boxes causes this problem.
I have also had them try two different modems with the same result. So
there is either something wrong on their end or our end... most probably
their end since no one else has this kind of problem.
