Please tell me that my K56flex users will get the current K56flex connection
rate for downstream (40s Kbps) and not finding themselves back in the world
of V.34, connecting at 28.8 or 33.6 kbps after the MAX is upgraded to V.90.

What's the order of negotiation between the MAX and K56flex/V.90 "dual mode"
modems? V.90, K56flex, v.34 ???
