(ASCEND) Ethernet Problem on 6000

Hi all,
I bought a max 6260 
I tried and everything looked ok except the OHM settings (120 ohm).
I went to the Ascend Italu, they changed to 75, we tried the ascend
together everything was good.

I bring the machine to the office, i plug in, i see 6.1.18e1 TAOS
"engineering test release".

Ethernet is not working.
I tried changing cable, changing hub port
reseting volatile and non volatile ram, reconfiguring the ascend.

The ethernet is up but i cannot see the network.

Any suggestion?
