(ASCEND) Fatal Errors 8, 40 & 106 on MAX 6048 after adding second CT1

Hi Everyone,

It's been a while since I've been on the list although I read it every day.
On April 1st we added a second CT1 to our Max 6048. Last week the Max locked
up hard with the 2nd CT1s so I moved the more active of those circuits to a
4048 and every thing was fine and I didn't give it another thought. This
morning I moved some circuits back so I could upgrade a 4048. And tonight
the 6048 locked up again, the Fault and Alarm light were lit, and telnet was
impossible. I cycled the power and it came back up after a couple tries. I
did discover that when I added the new circuit I didn't increase the IP pool
size to accomadate the additional lines which may have caused the problem,
but I discovered and fixed that error around 7:30 PM and the unit crashed
around 9:00 PM. I had a similar problem back in January when I tried to add
a second CT1 also but it was soft booting every couple hours, we never
resolved that either. The fatal-history has been listing errors 8, 40, and
106 (below).
