ok cool, i got the interface adresse, now how i query parameters for this

i want to monitor the ip adresse 207.253.19.181 with mrtg (or anything
else) got this:
ip.ipRoutingTable.ipRouteEntry.ipRouteIfIndex.207.253.19.181 = 124
now i can monitor this ip now..???
