Questions:

 1) in the following diagram, where is your network located?  Where is your
    backbone providers network?

    WAN --- TNT --- LAN

 2) which interface are you installing the firewall on?

 3) when you entered the information in SAM, did you enter your addresses
    in the "Local" or "Remote" areas?

The .FW file is not meant to be modified by people, but it is just a text
file.  Rather than sending the whole .FW file to the mailing list, just
look at the file with an editor and cut'n'paste the DNS section.  It will
look something like the following - it will be everything between the two
"###~~~" markers.
