(ASCEND) V.90 Question
Hello,
We have max boxes and 1 TNT on our network, we are still running 5.0ap42
on our boxes. Our customers want v.90, we want v.90, but is there a
stable release out that won't wreck our current setup that has been
working pretty much error free for the last 3 months?
We are only stacking TWO of our max boxes which do ISDN (which really
don't need the upgrade). The other boxes are not stacked, no OSPF,
nothing really special, only analog calls (v.90). The boxes are pretty
heavily used (minimum of 33+ connections 24hrs a day out of 48. Peak
times 96% capacity)
I am hesitant to upgrade to v.90 if it is going to degrade the service.
However, I also don't want to lose customers to my competitors who are
running v.90 on the "other guys" remote access hardware.
Any suggestions?
