Strange, I haven't had any big complaints about running 4 PRIs under a
group of Maxen we have but have been repeatedly told that we "shouldn't be
doing that" and that it will adversely affect performance.
Quite honestly I don't know what I would consider 'bad performance'. If
we have a problem here, what should I look for to evaluate whether or not
our box is overloaded? I have yet to have any complaints that 'the net is
too slow'.
Recently our Ascend rep told us that he was surprised we were pushing our
Maxen so hard. We were surprised to find out that you shouldn't put that
many PRIs in one.
I found this a bit disheartening (which prompted my original post).
