Thanks for your hint.
It helps partially, I still can't make outgoing calls but truncating the
local number to 4 digits prevents the pipe from going into faultmode. Now
I can receive incoming calls from remote stations which is 90% of all
traffic.
If you remember anything more, please let me know. I the mean time I will
push my telco for a solution.
