Re[2]: (ASCEND) pipeline 50 at Alcatel PBX

     Hi Robert,

Yes French - with a name like Jean-Michel I guess there is no doubt !!
     Where are you based ??

Try to see alcatel (or the Telco) with your Pipeline and ask them to
     put an analyser !!
But if you can make incoming call, it should be OK for outgoing call
!! try to see if you need to insert a 0 or a 9 at the begining of your
telephone number !! (when I was in the US, I do rember that sometimes
I needed to insert a 0 for voice and 9 for data on the same PBX!!)

     See you,

     JMT
     PM Azlan France

Hi Jean-Michel

You sound very french; Located in europe?

Thanks for your hint.
It helps partially, I still can't make outgoing calls but truncating the
local number to 4 digits prevents the pipe from going into faultmode. Now
I can receive incoming calls from remote stations which is 90% of all
traffic.

If you remember anything more, please let me know. I the mean time I will
push my telco for a solution.

regards

Robert.
