(ASCEND) Disconnect-Cause 185



I have a customer that is being disconnected within 2-5 minutes after
connecting.  After checking the logs, the disconnect-cause is almost always
185, occasionally 45.  I am running a MAX 4004 code Ap16.  Is this issue
related to the update of Ap20?  Any suggestions would most appreciated.
