(ASCEND) RIP and TNT 1.3Ap5

What in the world did Ascend do to RIP on 1.3Ap5. We are using RIP-2 and
we were not seeing the TNT send about 50% of its knows routes. We had to 
drop back to 1.3Ap2 and everything works fine again. We saw the problem 
on 1.3A also, but thought it was fixed with p2. Its broken agian in p5. 
Real problem since we can't use the k56Flex modems with p2 (2000% 
increase in disconnects vs. the not k56 modems).
