(ASCEND) Ascend Max 1800



I'm migrating my customers from P50s to Max 1800s.  Having difficulty bring up the second channel.  I have RTFM.  Max Chan set to 2.  Trunks to NO. Telco is cleared.  No luck.  Any ideas?  Thank You.
