I'm looking at adding my first secondary POP about 25 miles from my main
location.

I have a 4000 equipped with 48 modems (all 4 T1 interfaces are active).

My thought is to connect channelized T-1's to 2 of the ports, and then have
a dedicated T-1 connection via the 3rd port back to my main POP.

My main POP of course is running all the needed services (Radius, POP3,
news server, www, etc).

Do I need any additional equipment at the new POP or can everything just
run over the T-1 back to my main POP?

In other words, can I offer dial-up service at my new POP with a 4000 with
nothing connected to its Ethernet port?
