Did you see it happen?  Was it a message from GOD or a player?  Is it logged?

Line 3092 or so of ntserv/daemonII.c contains the "was kill" message
constructing code.  Line 3076 sets the text of the kill numbers, and it
can be overwritten by "NO CREDIT" on line 3079.

I don't think the code will generate the message you quote.
