Either the IP address or the name of the remote box is acceptable here.
This looks fine to me.

What happens when you telnet to port 515 on the print server?  That is the
lpd service.
You should be able to at least connect and get an error message.  If you get
"Connection refused" then the print server is not accepting requests.
