Read an interesting article on Adobe's website about Byteserving
(http://www.adobe.com/prodindex/acrobat/byteserve.html). According to
the article Apache 1.2+ natively support Byteserving.

Anyone know how to active this under Apache?

Searching Apache's website I do not get any hits under byteserving.
