I suspect that your display needs something a little more precise than
64kHz x 60Hz.  You probably neglected some decimal points..  Then again,
I don't know how much of an effect that would have.  Other than that,
you may not have the right settings for the overscan (I don't know if
that's a real word -- just the extra stuff that is in the video signal,
but you can't see because it is off the edge of the screen).

(I assume the resolution here is 1280x1024?)
