Y2K problem?

at the end of the dnetc man page (for the rc5 cracker); it says "March 18,
19100". where is the y2k problem? that's the date that I put the file into
/usr/man/man1/; so it's not like that in the source...(?) is it a man
problem? a groff problem?

system is RH 6.1, 2.2.14 kernel, mostly stock otherwise.
