OK.  So, apparently, I got a "live one" on the phone.  So, $39.95 for
deluxe is what you want.

OK.  Simple.  What do they get for the 675?  Isn't it like $300?

???  So the first static IP is free?  When you say net block, you mean
block of addresses, right?  (Again, not trying to be a pest -- but nice
