Hauppage WinTV. Go for $99 at Best Buy and circuit city... I have a
Hauppage ImpactVCB. (doesn't have a tuner. Just composite and SVHS
input) Both BT848 based. Works great with Linux. Just look into
Video4Linux and see whats works and is recommened...

They exist but you could just buy a used TV for 1/4 the cost...

You at least need PCI for an 848 to work...

Anything with a BT848. :) Hauppage is your best bet. Though watch out
for those USB one's I've been seeing...
