Video on monitor

I'm looking at displaying video on my 21" monitor and I'm wondering what
my options are. The video source I've got (DVD player) has the
following outputs: S-video, RCA video, and color difference
(R,G,& B RCAs). The monitor has a standard 15pin VGA connector.

I see some higher end video cards have an S-video in, but most of them
are AGP (and my motherboard isn't). Some TV tuner cards (couldn't care
less about the actual tuning) have the inputs but they all advertise
windows only functionality.

Given that I don't care about video in a window, and don't mind
switching cables I'd be happy with a dumb adapter if such a thing
existed. If an adapter isn't available I'm looking at a solution
that'll work with X and a non AGP motherboard.

Can anyone recommend a product/solution for my display dilemma?

Thanks,
Ry4an
