New archive, better search enginer

Ok, I changed the why things get archived. Post are automagically
broken down via year and month (1999/Feb). This should make it a
little easier to browse.

I also upgraded htdig (search engine). Biggest win is the db files
shrunk by 20%! So we got that disk space back! :-)
