Forced file perms
Is there a way to force a setup of perms on all files in a directory
under Linux?
I am having a problem with the new way of archiving the mailing list.
After mhonarc runs over the mail message and writes it to the
web-archive area all perms on archive files get reset to 0600, which
make them non-read for the web-server.
mhonarc runs as tclug and the umask for this user is 022.
I want the archive files to be 0644.
Is there some sort of bit I can turn on for the directory to force the
right perms?
