Mods to diseases




1)  Experience will now go where it is supposed to.
2)  Power of most diseases severely curtailed.
	a)  plague/typhoid/smallpox restricted to humanoids
	b)  red death restricted in power:  it will "burn out"
	c)  white death replace pneumonic plague, level 85, 350sp.

Could people please try these out?
And maybe comment on whether they're still too strong/too weak?

The changes are in CVS already, though you may need to rebuild the archetypes.
Look for a snapshot tomoorow if you don't have CVS access.
