Re: (ASCEND) Internet gaming Zone question



The issue is not the "zone"... The issue the POS called DirectX.... 
Specficitly DirectPlay.....    This platform (which many newer games play 
on) wants to initate inbound connections (in a dynamic range of like 200 
ports) into your computer to start, and play the game.  I have heard that 
mutiple IP NAT "may" resolve the problem.  Because it is more of a 1-to-1 
NAT not a 1-to-many NAT, which would be called PAT.


I would like to know if there is any "proven" work around myself....
