(ASCEND) Limiting # of channels?

	I know the Radius entry:
		Ascend-Maximum-Channels = X
	will limit the # of channels that a person can connect on a "MultiChannel 
PPP" (or MP+) connection, but how do you limit the # of channels with a 
"MultiLink PPP" call?  ie: I can limit the # of channels that people 
connect with Ascend equipment, but not others like Cisco...
	Please reply via email and I will summarize if desired...
