(ASCEND) backup MAX 4048 config

I'm new to the Ascend thing...I just bought 2 Ascend MAX 4048's...Nice and
easy to set up. I'm bringing in 2 T1's per MAX,for a total of 48 56k lines
each. One is used as a hot stand-by in case my main ones takes a poop.

How can I easily backup(and restore) the Max's config.........
I can do a
SYSTEM> SYS DIAG>  SAVE CFG

But when I do it this way it just dumps the config to my screen.....
I'd like to dump it to a file..

PS I just spent a week trying to get someone from Ascend to give my a call
in regards to training. Is the the kind of service I should expect from
them....Cause it SUCKS!!!
