(ASCEND) Problems with 7.2.3

I just loaded 7.2.3 on one of our Max 6000 Servers.  After doing so, the box
refused to answer calls.  When a customer dials in all we see is Call
Refused, Far End Hung Up.  When I go into the diag of the Max, I now see a
warning:

WARNING:  Index: 111  Load: tbixkh.m60 Revision: 7.2.3
        Date: 10/07/1999.       Time: 09:36:13
        Location: b02c9688 b018e76c b023ad94 b035433c b03755d4 b013172c

I had been running 6.1.7 with no problems.  As a matter of fact the system
had been going strong for almost 115 days.
