I am assuming you have gone into the console of each shelf and set one as 
master and the other as slave.  I am also assuming that you set the 
thumbwheel so the master is shelf 1 and the slave is shelf 2.

What are you symptoms?  Does the master come up and not the slave?  If this 
is the case... try doing a cold boot of the slave (take away power and 
restore power).

I have not seen much about multishelf TNT configs on this list, so forgive
me if this has been covered.

I have two TNT shelves running 7.0.4.  One is a Rev P controller (slave),
and the other is a Rev R controller (master).  I am trying to get them to
talk without success.

I am using the official Ascend cables, and I have them connected the way
Ascend says to.  As a matter of fact, I have read all the material on
Ascend's site regarding Multishelving the TNT.

To anyone out there who has done this:  What am I missing?  It seems like 
it
should be fairly easy.  I have tried all the obvious stuff (rebooting both
units, etc.)
