(ASCEND) too many non-connects to max6000

Hi

I have a new max6000 and many of my members new and old are having major
problems getting connected. They dial in they get a line and then they drop
the line. many are needing to call in 7 or more times to get a connection.

Many modem brands and many locations. 3 have brought the modems in to my
office and via our short dial out loop they work first time almost every
time. This is costing me members - Any help or susgestions would be most
appreciated.

Max 6000 with 7.0.3 and 16 modems in it.

Below is a section of Wandata showing a failed and then connected client.
