Ethernet -> Answer -> Use Answer as Default=Yes

Ethernet -> Answer -> Session options -> Idle=1800 (30 minutes)

Means that the modem on the max stopped hearing the other end and gave up
the connection.

Means that the remote peer (the Customer's machine) requested a PPP
termination.

Idle timeout. If you're set to 120 seconds (default), thent he Max will
terminate the session after 2 minutes of seeing no traffic.

Just what it says... the other side hung up. Could be many causes, but is
generally an OK disconnect cause.

Them's the fortunes of war.

Best advice is to keep track of what radius logging tells you, and what
the customer's machine tells you. From that information, you will be able
to troubleshoot problems extreamly fast. We constantly get users who are
amazed at how quickly we're able to get them up and running. We even
have users sign up with us because their old ISP sucked so bad (they have
the same equipment as us :).
