(ASCEND) MAX 6000 Firmware Releases

Hi,

we are currently using 6.1.7e50

My question is if the changes which have been made in the engineering test
releases are applied to later firmware releases like 6.1.8 or 7.0.* ??

And when will 6.1.8 released??

what are the differences between 6.1.* and 7.0.* ???
