(ASCEND) P50 filter

Gents,

I'm running a SOHO network with two pipe 50's in it. One of my Win'95 
applications opens the line every 60 seconds. I've looked to the setup
of the application and turned everything off that could have something 
to do with this but no luck. So currently I am keeping the line down the 
gross way (disconnect the pipe from the ISDN line, or stop the
application).

I've put in the standard IP call filter.

WDD shows me the following packets that opens the line.
Can anyone tell me how to configure the filter to block the 
below listed packets. I can recognise various items like local 
MAC address and local and remote IP addresses, but that's all.
