I too am having similar problems along this line but it relates to NAT
and incoming traffic.  I have a single IP address assigned to me by my
ISP.  I have been able to configure outbound packets for my network but
NAT is unable to translate inbound packets on specific ports to the
correct IPs.

Is this a farily common problem or does everyone just go out and
register their own Class C network?
