Re: (ASCEND) Portable Remote Addr on Pipelines



We also wanted to have only a minimum of differences in the remote
configuration. 
Therefore all the pipelines have the same private address. This will be
overwritten when the connection is established. They get an address out
of the maxens pool.
All users dial the same number, although the maxens are situated in
different locations: We have established a service number here in
Germany, which allows this (0180 ..)
We use NAT on the Pipelines, so that all the PC behind them can also be
configured identically.
The difference in the configuration is just the MSN and the paramter
myname.
