(ASCEND) SR.EXE - Source or specs?

Has anyone found the specs for the program that decodes the BEGIN<bla>END
code on the modemdiag output on a MAX?  I'd love to write up something quick
in perl to spit out some stats under Linux rather than having to reboot to
Win95 for that silly sr.exe program... (It's compiled as a Windows app so I
can't even use dosemu!! ARGH!)
