I haven't seen a free one. SNMPc lists for $795 and can do it but it is general purpose and more expensive that your example. 

If you want to avoid SNMP you could use Finger.

their connect speed... and connect (session) time?

So, that you could enter in your MAX IP... and 
community name... and then you'll be displayed 
this information...?

I saw an application that did this... but, they wanted
like $300 to get this information out of your MAX!
..and that is all that it did!
