If 0561508595 is the phone number of the other end, you'll need to
prefix it with the trunk group number of the channel you want to dial out
on.  I think all the channels are in trunk group 9 by default, so using
"90561508595" as the Ascend-Dial-Number would cause the MAX to dial out on
the first available channel.  The above would have failed because the
MAX would treat the number as "561508595" on Trunk Group 0, but the only
valid trunk group numbers are 4-9.  You should also check that the
following options are set:
  System -> Sys Config -> Use Trunk Grps=Yes
  Ethernet -> Mod Config -> WAN Options -> Dial Plan=Trnk Grp
