(ASCEND) ISDN Disconnect code 35

Hi all,

We have a MPP ISDN link between a Max4000(6.1.3) and a 2000(7.0.2) and the 
link occasionally drops out with the following
         Ascend-Disconnect-Cause = 35
         Ascend-Connect-Progress = 60

Ascend list it as MPP - no NULL msg timeout, does anyone know how to 
prevent this at all or what it means?
