(ASCEND) IP discovering

Hi,
I lost my detail file, where I easily could find the IP address assigned
to a caller. Is there a way to discover it using the following line ?
Jun  31 00:00:00 mymax.address.it ASCEND: slot 3 port 16, LAN session up,
caller

Maybe there is a way using slot and port...or if there is another way
please let me know...
