nope, it's definitely not. the cost per line for the tnt is
substantially more than the cost per line for the equivalent number
of 40xx's. i've just been struggling with that over the last month
or so. for us, lines via T3 are the same price as lines via a T1
(long story), so i had to use arguments such as: reliability, redundancy,
maintenance time (1 TNT stack vs 10+ 40xx's), support, etc, etc, etc.
it was a very difficult process. (of course, i'd rather manage
one tnt stack instead of 15 40xx's....supporting dialin users
is only supposed to be a *portion* of my job :)
(fyi: i was doing pricing for about 600 lines....the difference between
the two scenarios was about $25k, or $40/line.)
