(ASCEND) Callback with Windows NT and Max 4000

I'm trying to setup a callback connection between a Max 4000
and a Windows NT Server with an ISDN card.

Dialing into the Windows NT server is ok and vice versa too.
But callback is not possible.
Max calls the NT machine (callback enabled) but can't connect to it.

Best thing would be a D-channel callback -> no costs for the callback
but it would be ok if it just cuts the connection and calls back.

Any ideas ?
