(ASCEND) mpp and Max 200

I have spent a while looking through the ascend archive, and have not 
found my solution, and since the documentation is less than adequate 
(IMHO) i refer to you.

I have 2 max 200 and 2 isdn lines between them, what i would like to 
do is do mpp, using all 4 of the b channels. I was wondering if 
someone could splain this to me. 

Do i need to have 4 connection profiles i.e. 1 fo r each B channel.
also once (hopefully) i get the channels up, how can i keep them 
nailed up?  

any direction would be greatly appreciated
